Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Rungrez. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window: You have 24-48 hours from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Custom-made or personalized pieces are also final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns, unless the item arrived damaged.
